Prawn Moilee (Turmeric Prawn Curry)

I received approximately 1 million requests for this recipe when I shared it on my stories, and rightly so! This is light, bright, delicious and ridiculously easy, which now makes it a regular feature in our menu. You could swap the prawn for any alternative protein or make it a vegetarian dish if desired.
