- A one off 90 minute appointment, in person or via Zoom
- Each client receives a bespoke recording of the transformation to reinforce the improvements
- Free follow up communications via email or text message

Sometimes sessions can be quite emotional, which can result in low energy following the emotional release for the remainder of the day (which afterwards results in HUGE energy improvements as you no longer carry the stored emotions around).
