Mexi Style Mince

This is a fairly frequent meal in our house as its so freaking delicious AND versatile!
-Serve with quinoa or rice, some shredded cabbage and avocado for a Mexi Salad bowl
-Make some tacos or tortillas using my quick flatbread recipe
-Serve as a breakfast option on a bed of baby spinach with a fried egg on top
-Or, some indulgent Nacho's with all the trimmings for a Friday night treat like we had!
