Dahl with a twist..

We schedule a vegetarian day a couple of days a week, and this dish is a regular feature on the menu.
I add a few extra ingredients into my version that's featured here, with some bone broth and grated cauliflower for extra goodness. 
A gluten-free, dairy-free, one-pot wonder, this dahl is an immune-boosting and gut-healing wonder, make a big batch and freeze half for a rainy day. Enjoy!
