This is a 4 week nutrition plan, each week the foods and style of eating changes to enhance the body's functioning to leave you feeling GREAT.
- WEEK 1 - starts with a 3 days smoothie and soup cleanse to rest the digestive system and allow for any sluggish digestion to clear, the remaining week is plant based to increase fibre and transit time of the digestive system
- WEEK 2 - is vegetarian (with the inclusion of eggs), and loaded full of foods that are specific liver helpers to dial up the body's cleansing abilities
