What is Hypnotherapy - The ultimate Human Behaviour Hack

Hypnotherapy is the opportunity to break free of whatever it may be within you that keeps you stuck in patterns that prevent you from reaching true happiness and health. 
April likens it to a "software update for the mind" - the ability to "delete" or reframe old thoughts, feelings, inherited beliefs or traumas that keep you stuck in limiting patterns in life. Which then allows you to step into the version of yourself that you most desire to be.
April has witnessed hypnotherapy time and time again having the ability to fast track any health and lifestyle change, as it bypasses the often unhelpful ingrained belief systems that have been keeping you stuck.
Hypnotherapy is helpful for issues such as:

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many sessions will I need? 
In most instances just 1 session! and at the most 3 sessions. I supply my clients with a recording of the transformation, for continued progress and to revisit when needed, hence why for the most part only 1 session is required.
Further sessions are sometimes needed when habits or behaviours are very deeply entrenched due to lifelong suffering, or due to particularly powerful or traumatic events, where the subconscious mind may have blocked aspects of the event from the conscious mind.
  • How much does it cost?
It is a one off fee of $250, or via 3 instalments of $86.66 paid via a direct debit auto-pay.
  • Will I remember the session?
You certainly will. You are completely awake and conscious throughout the entire session. You are just deeply relaxed, very similar to meditation, and you and I have a conversation in this state, which you then have full memory and recall of after the session.
  • What if I can't be hypnotised?
Absolutely everybody can be hypnotised! if you can fall asleep, you can be hypnotised. The only difference between people is that some have very visual memory experiences when we access the subconscious thoughts and memories, while others have a more thoughts and feelings based session - but both are equally as powerful. Every session is so unique, there are absolutely zero expectations about what your session should look and feel like.
  • Can you control my mind, or make me think or do things that I don't want to?
In no way at all. You are in total control the entire time. This is YOUR mind, and the session is based on your wants and needs. Even if we access memories in our session that you would rather keep private, you have the complete capacity to only say what you want to say throughout, the main goal is that YOU are aware, I am purely your honoured host and guide throughout the experience.
  • How will I feel afterwards?
There is an immediate lightness and clarity that every single client gains from the session, before they even walk out my door.
​Sometimes sessions can be quite emotional, which can result in low energy following the emotional release for the remainder of the day (which afterwards results in HUGE energy improvements as you no longer carry the stored emotions around).
Following that there is effortless momentum towards whatever the goal of the session was.
